We dabbled in all of the above- and everything was fantastic. We found it to be a bit overrated and underperformed with service and experience.Lovely spot! They are known for their wood-fired pizzas, house-made pastas, craft cocktails & farm fresh salads. Spent almost $200 on dinner for two and didn't love any of the items. Outside of the minimal menu items they are very overpriced. The names of dishes are not very explanatory of the dish and the waiter didn't explain the items on the menu unless asked for details. The menu was minimal with no allergy information on it. We did enjoy our drinks, they were delicious. We didn't understand why we had to wait outside if our table was empty? Didn't make much sense to us.

The lobby is small which forced us outside to wait, it's 110 degrees outside and we were quite frustrated. This was the same for all guests waiting in the lobby. We arrived a few minutes early prior to our reservation and we were not seated until promptly at our reservation time. We felt that it was highly over rated and didn't have the best experience. My fiancé and I do a monthly date night and we picked etta due to all the positive reviews. However, we all agreed that we would still come back here to try some of their other dishes in the future. In the moment while we were eating, we didn't notice anything being too salty besides the chips, but it caught up to us after.

The only grievance we had about this place was that after a while after finishing our meal, we realized how thirsty we were getting, potentially because of how overly salty the food was. The service was attentive and friendly but not overly friendly. With an open concept kitchen and a nice color schemed bar. The ambiance was cozy, cute, warm, inviting with lots of nicely decorated areas starting with the entrance. I would say their branzino would make it towards the top of my list for the best branzino I've tried at restaurants. My branzino, however, was delicious, not fishy at all (which is a make it or break it for me) with the perfect amount of crispiness for texture and zest for flavor. My friends said their bolognese was okay, nothing amazing, just standard. So, it was no big deal.For our main entrees, both of my friends ordered the bolognese, while I chose the branzino. However, we were fine eating the dish without the chips. Unfortunately, the chips that came with it were overly salty. The yellowtail tasted extremely fresh and did not taste fishy at all, with a hint of an undertone of something like butter or sesame oil. We all agreed that while both starters were delicious, the yellowtail crudo was by far our standout favorite. After looking over the menu, we decided to order the American wagyu meatballs and the yellowtail crudo as our starters to share. Was super disappointed to waste my only weekend night out with all my out of town girlfriends on this place.Ī few of my friends decided to treat me to a birthday lunch and when we were deciding where to go, we all agreed on here as our first choice! We'd passed by this place numerous times but never found the chance to come try it out until now. They split ways with the chef I guess who was associated with Maple and Ash I think? Anyways, really lack luster food. The Cesar was okay, the Brussels were good but not the same level as before, and desert options weren't enticing. The Vodka sauce was probably the best thing. The menu was completely revamped and all the favorites were removed but we gave some new items a try. It wasn't even close to the one we had a month ago. Specifically half the table got Cacio E Pepe and it was over cooked thin spaghetti instead of Bucatini like it said on the menu. All fresh, homemade, well seasoned, hot, perfectly cooked.Last night we went back as a group of 6 and I had been ranting and raving about it to my guests from CA, MA, and Toronto, and it was SO disappointing. Little Gem Salad, Brussel Sprouts, Cacio E Pepe, Amatriciana, Tiramisu.all amazing.
